Position: Commercial Sales Representative

Location:  Spring Texas, David Wayne Hooks Airport

As a Textron Authorized Service Facility and authorized Garmin dealer, Rite-Way Aviation offers inspections, avionics installations, and general servicing for a variety of aircraft, including Cessna, Beechcraft, Cirrus, Piper models.

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their aviation experience and expertise to drive sales and build lasting relationships with our clients. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about aviation and eager to make a significant impact in a results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their aviation needs and      provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize expert knowledge in aircraft selection, mission capabilities, and maintenance requirements to drive a solid sales funnel in the company.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and general aviation clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful deal execute and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and closing of sales.
• Maintain company CRM system.
• CFR part 91 pilot duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

• Commercial Pilot Certificate with Single and Multi-Engine Land ratings.  CFII and MEI preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in general and corporate aviation with experience preferred in piston, turboprop and jet aircraft.
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Expert knowledge of aircraft selection, mission capabilities, and maintenance requirements.
• Strong understanding and working knowledge of FAA regulations. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Compensation:

• $50,000 base salary.
• Competitive commission and bonus plan.
