Paul White is a seasoned aviation executive with over 25 years of industry experience, known for his commitment to excellence in customer service, safety, and operational reliability. Paul is the founder and President of AeroHP, a vertically integrated private-aviation company.

Across his career, he has held nearly every seat in professional aviation — line pilot, instructor, FAA check airman, Chief of Flight Standards, Director of Training, General Manager, and senior executive — in both rotorcraft and fixed-wing operations.

Before AeroHP, Paul was Senior Vice President and a Corporate Officer at Era (NYSE: ERA), one of the world's largest helicopter operators. He rose from line pilot to the executive team, led the company's global commercial organization, and helped drive revenues past $1.4 billion — closing two of the largest contracts in company history and carrying full P&L responsibility for the domestic business.

Today he leads AeroHP across charter, aircraft management, and maintenance, and serves as the FAA Accountable Manager for its Part 145 repair station. He remains an active Part 135 single-pilot PIC, flying the same fleet he is responsible for. That combination — operator, executive, and working pilot in one — is what clients, owners, and partners are trusting when they choose AeroHP.

Raised in an aviation family in Alaska, Paul developed a deep love for flight from an early age. His fondest memories include flying with his father on fishing and hunting trips across the Alaskan wilderness — experiences that nurtured his passion for both aviation and the outdoors, two elements that continue to shape his life and relationships today.

Paul holds an Airline Transport Pilot certificate in rotorcraft and a Commercial certificate in airplanes — single- and multi-engine, instrument — along with a Cessna Citation (CE-500) type rating and has flown more than 40 aircraft models across both categories. He remains active in the air, often flying alongside peers, clients, and aspiring aviators, sharing his enthusiasm with the next generation.

Paul and his wife, Tanya, are the proud parents of two sons and a daughter.
