Regional Access Card

Turboprop Access Card

Aircraft: King Air C90A 4–6 passengers · multi-city and executive missions · up to ~1000 nm

The Turboprop Access Card is the program for executives, business owners, and teams who need pressurized cabin comfort, greater range, and the flexibility to move a full group on short notice. The King Air C90A is a proven executive turboprop — quiet, capable, and managed entirely by AeroHP's own maintenance team.

How it Works

Step 1 — Choose Your Card and Fund Your Account: Select the Regional or Turboprop Access Card and fund your dedicated client account. Your deposit is protected and draws down only as flights are completed — never before.

Step 2 — Book with 24-Hour Notice: Contact us directly by phone, text, or email. We confirm your aircraft, route, and departure time personally. No call centers. No intermediaries. The person booking your flight is the person flying it.

Step 3 — Fly. Your Balance Updates: After each flight, your locked hourly rate is applied and your account balance updated. No invoices, no surprises, no dynamic pricing. Just a clear, running record of your flights and remaining balance.

Many of our clients' fund or top up their card before December 31st to capture the deduction in the current tax year. Frequently Asked Questions

What happens to my balance if I don't use all my hours?

Your balance does not expire. There is no use-it-or-lose-it policy. Unused funds remain in your dedicated client account and carry forward indefinitely. You may top up at any time with no additional fees.

What is included in the hourly rate?

Your locked rate covers pilot fees and aircraft operating costs. Fuel surcharges where applicable, overnight crew fees for multi-day trips, catering, and third-party ground transportation are billed separately — always disclosed in advance, never buried in fine print.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Card members receive priority scheduling. We request 24-hour notice for standard trips. For same-day requests — we accommodate where operationally possible and will always be straightforward if we cannot.

Can I apply my balance across both aircraft?

Yes. Your card balance can be applied to any AeroHP aircraft at the corresponding rate — giving you the flexibility to choose the right airplane for every mission without managing separate accounts.

Are my prepaid funds safe?

All card deposits are held in a dedicated client account, segregated from AeroHP's operating funds and applied only as flights are completed. We encourage you to ask this question of any charter program you consider — not all programs answer it the same way.

Is the Flight Access Card tax-deductible?

When used for legitimate business travel, charter flight expenses are generally deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. We provide detailed flight records to support your CPA's documentation. As always, consult your tax advisor for guidance specific to your situation.

Do you offer corporate accounts?

Yes. Corporate accounts with deposits above $25,000 receive preferential hourly rates and can designate multiple authorized travelers under a single account. Contact us directly to structure a program around your company's travel budget and patterns.

Are the funds refundable?

Flight Access Card deposits are non-refundable and intended for use toward AeroHP flight services. In the event AeroHP is unable to fulfill your card due to a cessation of operations, unused balances will be returned in full. Voluntary cancellation of an active card is not eligible for refund; however, balances may be transferred to another named cardholder or applied to other AeroHP services.
